My first show at the Kaiser was good times...
I can remember long BIODTL's intro, and Jerry screwing up the words to Touch Of Grey. There were titters in the audience when he did that, and his look indicated he was not gonna put up with that for long.

I like the last reveiwer, love HJK. No better place to see the Dead indoiors, the Winterland of the '80's. I was lucky enough to catch Chinese new Years through Valentines day in '86, that Hand Jive with the Nevilles 2.12.86 had the place spinning. I also caught New Years '86.
This is not as good as 9.12 but definitely worth the download.

Strange Days
I was at this show as a lad of 20 something. As I recall there was some hassle with the faire ... some sort of no camping or hawking of wares rule ... inside HJK (my favorite GD venue) it was -- as usual -- a magical night if you wanted it. The band was loosely tight and the vibes were good ,,,,
