A rare and different tune. Real nice transition into epic Playin-UJB from Go to Nassau...

Stunned this ain't here yet. Next night is a famous one. But this 2nd set opener is strong and rugged. Nice moment at "born to be a bachelor..."

Wow! Can't believe this hasn't made the cut yet. Rips and roars out of poignant China Doll. Almost become a Smokestack... Super strong show!

DeadBase calls it a Dark Star Jam. There is not much of a hint of a Dark Star-ish melody, and the date is debatable. But everyone needs to hear this!!

Wicked jams crash into wicked jams with an Uncle John’s jam tumbling ridiculously in and out of Me and My Uncle…. Amazing show!

Superb EYES!! There are moments where you almost forget what song it is… which is rare for EYES! Classic jamming! 1976 is one of my favorite years for this reason, despite being only half a year. One of their jazziest and jammiest stretches, a true bridge between 74 and 77, both very different eras! This show is a great example of how they were so willing to move songs around and try new ideas, inventing the jam band genre …. Entire show is spectacular!

Scorcher!!! This show is so powerful! It not only features the one of my favorite EYES OF THE WORLD ever (which really should be ranked so much higher!) .... But this Other One just soars.... short, yes....but fantastic!

The MLB definitely adds to a downright melodic MNS! Worth a vote!

Jerry’s sense of urgency is palpable!
