Very surprised this ain't here. Not just because it's THIS night, but the way it thunders out of deep space...The crowd loved it! Deserves to be here!

Glorious and majestic!!! What makes it super special is the direct segue into Big River……….
Black Peter
June 19, 1989
Shoreline Amphitheatre

I Will Take You Home is not listed anywhere here and that needs to be fixed. This is a beautiful Peter, coming out of a shred-fest of a Watchtower…. But….. Brent’s gorgeous, heartbreaking ballad is what gets this sequence rolling, with some subtle and profound MIDI work from Jerry. I completely forgot I Will Take You Home was nowhere to be found here. Out of respect for Brent and the band, we should be able vote on our favorites….. It was often the pivot of some very fine shows!!
Not Fade Away
June 19, 1989
Shoreline Amphitheatre

Grate late 80s NFA! Yes, there is a really weird, funky quasi-Foolish Heart jam in there. It packs a punch! Coincidentally, it happens on the exact one year anniversary of that tune’s first appearance…..
Caution

Wembley Empire Pool

Fiery, fierce, ferocious…… segues from a brilliant and beautiful Dark Star-Sugar Mags. Entire trilogy is magnificent.
