Terrapin Station
March 23, 1981
Rainbow Theatre

Cool 80s Terrapin- i like what Brents doin with the synth here.I do prefer a real piano to any synth, thats why i loved Keith era Dead so much-anyways its a tight ,warm n easy Terrapin, ends too soon for my liking though..they just launch, abruptly into PITB.
Stella Blue
March 20, 1977
Winterland Arena

American beauty...The Dead do quiet like no other rock band can-and they make every pregnant pause count..This is just one of many great stellas with an ending jam to finish a great show...I like the winterland shows, its like home base for the band and they always burn the house down.
Comes A Time

Lakeland Civic Center

Absolutely perfect- i cant choose between two winners here so a vote for both amazing shows.
Deal
May 1, 1981
Hampton Coliseum

like fine wine- this song matured every year, this ones a smoker,Jerry just wont let up, some of the late 80s Deals are even better but not much.High quality AUD doesnt hurt either.
Uncle John's Band
Nov. 11, 1973

This is in my top 5 shows of all time- the boys bring the fire alright- every song is shit-hot,and never misses....Good ole Grateful Dead.
