Hell in a Bucket
Sept. 21, 1993
Madison Square Garden

Pure power. Phil drives things as he did this entire MSG run. Jerry's guitar sound is caustic.

Samson and Delilah
Sept. 20, 1993
Madison Square Garden

Jer is showing off his new guitar and that raw sound it can make. Upbeat night with the boys clearly anticipating Edie's visit.

Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again
June 20, 1988
Alpine Valley Music Theatre

Rowdy version. Bobby's singing was very animated this Alpine run.

Deal
July 19, 1989
Alpine Valley Music Theatre

Um, Donnie - I think it is a pretty safe bet to say that every single person here is a Jerry Garcia Band fan. Also, your comment about every JGB Deal blowing this one/top GD Deals away is simply hyperbole. Lastly, I'm just not sure about the point of your post in the first place. Anyhoo, this Deal rages. I vaguely remember dancing very fast to it, lol.
Standing On The Moon
Sept. 26, 1993
Boston Garden

The end of this was a frenzied lovefest with sound so thick you could see it. Truly awesome intensity.
Last Time
March 22, 1990
Copps Coliseum

When Jerry's having fun, everyone has fun. This was a blast and has a raw edge to boot. Stop listening to the S/F in Set 2 and check it.
Candyman
July 15, 1989
Deer Creek Music Center

The Fatman shreds here, as he did this whole show, which is underrated.
Estimated Prophet
Sept. 22, 1993
Madison Square Garden

I thought the lid was going to come off the Garden. You could practically see the color that Murray interlaced through the jams. Criminally underrated here.
