It sounds like Jerry wants to kill the song 3 times, but Bob pushes for more.

Day Job

Cumberland County Civic Center

Listening to every version played, it's obvious that the band enjoyed playing it. It's a shame it was kicked aside like it was.
U.S. Blues (Wave That Flag)
April 2, 1973
Boston Garden

What makes this version stand out is Bob's guitar work. I know!!!
U.S. Blues (Wave That Flag)
June 10, 1973
RFK Stadium

I love that bluesy guitar Jerry is playing early on and also how well he blends with Keith in the middle of the song. Good stuff!!
Childhood's End
Dec. 16, 1994
Sports Arena

Is Jerry trying to deliberately sabotage this song? Once again, he plays some cringe-worthy sour notes.
Childhood's End
Oct. 18, 1994
Madison Square Garden

There's a lot of room for improvement for this song, but it pretty much stays in its same awkward form. Jerry in particular doesn't seem to care about doing anything with this song.
