Is that a jackabbit or is it Phil thumping?

A true 7 man jam. Just listen to it. You will be impressed.

Day Job
Feb. 18, 1985
Henry J. Kaiser Convention Center

Although he doesn't take the lead in an instrumental break, he puts in some perfectly timed work, lifting the song to a higher level. The drumming at times sounds like Ron Tutt. To underscore the humor intended in the song, give a listen to the final note Jerry closes the show with. Priceless.
Day Job
Nov. 1, 1985
Richmond Coliseum

I've always liked this song. I never understood why people couldn't see the humor in it. Save your hatred for Black Muddy River. At least Day Job leaves you in a bouncy, upbeat mood.
Victim Or The Crime
Sept. 25, 1991
Boston Garden

I love it how this one has a jam that builds up, thunder crashes, the jam slows down, starts to dissolve, then moves into Crazy Fingers. Boston 1991 was a great run!
Brokedown Palace
Sept. 27, 1972
Stanley Theatre

Excellent. There's just a bit of Jerry and Bob's vocals being slightly mistimed and Jerry's voice starts to crackle and die towards the end.
Don't Ease Me In
Oct. 19, 1973
Oklahoma City Fairgrounds Arena

This show didn't get to rockin' until this gem came along. This isn't just filler coming in as the 6th song of the first set. Jerry seriously rocks. He is joined by Keith, who wraps things up and lets Phil play it out with Jerry. Really good stuff.
