Way To Go Home

Deer Creek Music Center

The one Vince song I dig. This performance is super-solid. Make sure to listen to Jerry's solo. Something kicked him in the ass- it's a rager!

Surprised the Without A Net version gets no love here. This one has always been one of my favorites, and I go back to it often!

A very solid, all-around well-played version. This definitely needs more love!

Off of one of Dick's leaked tapes. Wow, great version. There's a nice, clean copy on archive- check it out!

A very moving Stella...
Uncle John's Band

I agree it should be higher on the list. Maybe not the all-time best, but definitely the best of the Vince years. Good call!
Touch of Grey

Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum

This is the tightest, best executed Touch out there. My go-to when I need a fix of this tune.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider

The Omni

Nice call- I was going to add this if it wasn't on here. I seem to lean towards a lot of the Without A Net material, but it's all so damn good! The Dead definitely nailed it with their choices for that album.
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
March 30, 1990
Nassau Coliseum

Damn near flawless. Probably the tightest of '89 and/or '90. Love this one!
