Sugar Magnolia

Fox Theatre

This is a great sleeper; a hidden gem. Bobby sings it so well, and is, like, on key and stuff! High energy taboot. Gotta check it out!!!

Ain't It Crazy (The Rub)
May 15, 1970
Fillmore East (Late Show)

This is a fun version and Pig is killin' it. Some great Jerry banter immediately after the tune ends... But that's not why I submitted it. Solid!

Mountains of the Moon
Feb. 11, 1969
Fillmore East

As much as I love the entire Fillmore run, I think this version surpasses those in execution and vocal performance. Jerry sounds great!

Stella Blue
Aug. 1, 1994
The Palace

A very moving Stella...
Uncle John's Band
Feb. 27, 1994
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Stadium

I agree it should be higher on the list. Maybe not the all-time best, but definitely the best of the Vince years. Good call!
Touch of Grey
Oct. 27, 1991
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum

This is the tightest, best executed Touch out there. My go-to when I need a fix of this tune.
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
April 1, 1990
The Omni

Nice call- I was going to add this if it wasn't on here. I seem to lean towards a lot of the Without A Net material, but it's all so damn good! The Dead definitely nailed it with their choices for that album.
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
March 30, 1990
Nassau Coliseum

Damn near flawless. Probably the tightest of '89 and/or '90. Love this one!
