So many highlights in all the segments of this. The transition is absolutely gorgeous and timeless. Start to finish, no wasted second. Some serious rhythm, jump, groove and shreds in their. Gorgeous work here from the band. Grateful for it <3
Blow Away
April 15, 1989
The Mecca

Brent's vocals are dynamite here. The slower tempo really compliments the song very well. I'm not sure where I'd ranked it at at all. But this is a really nice version when you want a slower Blow Away, done with confidence and purpose. Jerry was really on this night as well, like much of '89. Strong Blow Away. We love you, Brent!

Friend of the Devil

Activity Center - University of Colorado

The solo work from the boys is top notch. Brent delightfully embarks us into this dreamy FOTD and his keys sounds absolutely just beautiful/soft/welcoming and purposeful. Incredible. Than Bob absolutely keeps the same energy, focus and execution with some amazing highlights of his own, all the while staying consistent; to lead us enchanting breath taking Jerry solo that'll leave you in awe <3. I'm in shock this is so low. Strong vocals from Jerry and the boys from the start. Into a dream like solo, with a strong finish.
