very energetic. i'd like to say that this is one of those shows that stay that way. now, here's some info some of you might not know: Dick liked this show the best of the early Nov run, but it took Dave to release it. Dick's second choice was 11/4, but instead he released 11/5 on DP34. and a lot of 11/2 made it onto DP34 and DaP12 (11/4). in other words, this was one great run!

Beats 5/9. And really, really beats Red Rocks. And yes, that JG solo was perfect. One of the best shows of 74. Why can't I buy this one separately on CD? I'm bitter!

This is one of the best recordings of Ship live. Kidd Candelario. Every instrument is well mixed and you can really hear Phil and Keith. Plus it's an excellent performance. It's very hard to grade renditions of this song because there so many that sound really good. One of the things to note is that the band sticks to a tight arrangement, which results in almost every one clocking in at the 7 minute mark (at least in the Keith era).
