A laid back one. Phil's bass and Billy in the groove.

Everyone is on for this one. Great vocals, even by Donna. Why isn't this getting any love?

what he said ^ Still my favorite, after all these years. I think it's because JG's vocal is just exactly perfect.

I finally dug out my 1971 LP to determine how it would sound on my brand new spanking Austrian turntable. And with all those plays this baby got in college (with all those stoned people), it's pretty good. Should I get the 50th ann. Rhino, or will this still sound better. But I digress heavily. This is the gold standard Bertha, even with all those many more times they played it. In fact, the tracks are so well selected, you could say that of the rest of the album.

The last 2:30 of this is sublime. Man, you have to hear how wonderful it is. Do it.

The summer of 71 has so many gems. A high percentage of BCT shows are great. It's a more intimate hall and I loved seeing shows there in the early 70's. What's not to like with this stellar version? Needs more love. I can't believe you wouldn't vote it up if you heard it. At least half of this show has excellent renditions.

Destined for obscurity despite its bonus status on RT 3,2? The guitars are really well recorded on this and are oh so tasty.
