Stuck Inside of Mobile with the Memphis Blues Again

The Spectrum

Bob is adding little lyrical flourishes all night and this is no exception, I hope you're damn well satisfied! Nice keyboards, nice show overall.

Just got my vote too, but still only on 9 votes! Probably ignored because it's 92, one of the years we aren't meant to like. Some real power in the jam. Whole show is one of my "go to" '90s shows, as Jack Straw and Morning Dew are just about my two faves and this has picture perfect renditions of both.

You know you're in for a good thrashing with the nasty little snarl at "burns my eyes to see". The jam is so fierce, as is the uniquely powerful strumming that accompanies the "laid his body down" coda. Best ever. Jan 11 '79 is sloppier but more mental as the jam just comes out of nowhere, but the McArthur version is done with INTENT TO SHRED right from the outset.

One of my "go to" Other Ones, the middle jam is frenzied and intense, Jerry doesn't know when to stop!

Explosive finish. Ties with Cornell as my favourite... but quite different! Cornell makes you think wow what incredible playing, but this one sounds like they actually dropped the bomb at the end. How can guitars even do that? And so far down in the rankings, wow.

Super intense peak, second only to October 21st.
