Nice Bobby rhythm and funky guitar lines from Garcia, vocals starting to fall apart but the playing is very hot. Bobby does a nice job backing up Jerry.

Wow this is spacy and fantastic, truly a killer heady version, this needs some more up votes. Nice Bobby Jerry interaction during the spacy jam. Very very cool version. Even Keith woke up for part of the jam a rarity in late 1978 not his best period.
Friend of the Devil

long and slow, excellent playing by the drummers and the rest of the band, Jerry's voice is starting to go but its rough crackiness works and Donna backs him up beautifully. Jerry plays an excellent solo between verses, builds up nicely.

The playing by Jerry on this version is simply amazing, his voice is stronger than it would be later in the show and Donna nails the backgrounds, an amazing soulful performance from a clearly sick Jerry, had to cancel some shows, voice was shot(Bronchitis I believe)
