Slithering entrance out of IWTYH really spacey interstellar sound, has the distorted lyrics, sizzling Jerry and Brent is great on this version.

quoting archive or is that your review as well? lol. Jerry does get downright funky with a seriously crazy tone on this, very cool and has a crazy different sound, worth an up vote. Brent throws in some nice keys as well. Very cool thanks for the heads up.

fantastic give this one a listen, one of the most emotive, i have heard. jerry just seems to mean every word and the playing is crisp and clean.
Shakedown Street

This version takes about a minute or two to get going then they just turn the switch and it becomes a jamming funk monster, very nice and very jamming and funky especially for a 1987. Brent lets ot a scream and that seems to be when the switch is turned they immediately pick it up and launch into a very cool funky jam with everyone playing some cool stuff. This added level of energy and focus continues thru the remainder of a very hot version particularly Brent and Jerry. THe SHip of Fools that follows the st of circumstance is also an ass kicker. VERY HOT. Vocally and musically.
Fire On The Mountain
May 27, 1989
Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum Stadium

My favorite of the several Bucket->Fire attempts, Jerry is just on top of it from the outset, and his tone is just magical, nice support from Phil and Brent as well. Loads of Phil nice mix on the Healy Master Soundboard on Archive. Phil is really cooking driving the song wth some real slick bass work, Jerry just rips into the first solo, very hot and bubbly sounds on fire. Clarence Clemons also makes some nice contributions to the jam. Always a welcome Guest. Brent playing some real sparkling keys on this version. Phil just driving it the entire song, very hot Bucket->Fire pairing. Love Jerry just singing the fire fire fire on the mountain as the jam swells behind him then he stops singing and just takes off on a nice blistering solo. Great stuff here, very tight jamming, highly recommended.
