Outrageous version. Takes a second to get the mix dialed in, but man they blow the roof off. This has to be one of the best Wall of Sound shows.

China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
Dec. 29, 1977
Winterland Arena

Great China>Rider, super high energy, coming out of a great playin too. Obviously not as great as the 72-74 versions, but very special indeed.
New Minglewood Blues

Barton Hall - Cornell University

The way Jerry dances through the changes in his first solo is sick. It's amazing what he can do on such a simple song.

No exaggeration, this may be one of the worst things I've ever heard in my life. I feel nauseous
U.S. Blues (Wave That Flag)
April 12, 1978
Cameron Indoor Stadium

LOL. The whole band clearly did a massive amount of cocaine before this performance. It's fun to watch the video, but the playing is horribly sloppy and lacking cohesiveness; this is probably not even in the top 10 U.S. Blues. This song peaked in 74, and there are many versions there that are significantly better (6/23/74, 6/28/74, 8/4/74 9/10/74, and 10/19/74, for starters)
