The fact that this isn't already on here continues to attest to how underheard these London shows are. Smoldering version.

Love Brent on this. Greasy and grimy.

Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
Nov. 6, 1977
Broome County Arena

What a big sloppy, soupy mess this is, but it's interesting as all hell. I laugh out loud every time I hear Jerry butcher the Fire verses. Whatever they were taking that night, whoa.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain
Sept. 1, 1979
Holleder Memorial Stadium

This one is equal parts brilliant and sluggish. Certainly worth visiting on occasion, but this is about as slow as I can tolerate.

Philadelphia Civic Center

Jerry really goes for it leading up to the climax, but Phil's the MVP here.
Eyes Of The World
Aug. 6, 1974
Roosevelt Stadium

Simply awesome. Some of the best music they ever played.
Scarlet Begonias -> Fire On The Mountain

The Mosque

Another one where the myth seems to overshadow reality. Nothing really wrong here but nothing jaw-dropping either. So, its average-good, but you'll find better further down the page.
