Candyman

This might be the single best delivery of "Won't you tell everybody you meet that the Candyman's in town." Jerry is just reaching for the stars during this vocal climax. Spine-tingling moment.

I concur 100% with the O.P., but damn this Dee is outrageously good thru the end of the first solo. A must-hear!!
Turn On Your Love Light

I can’t believe there are no votes for this smoking version. What other versions feature Jerry and Brent singing back-up “shine on me” and “a little bit higher” during the vamp at the end? Glorious.

Criminally underrated! Arguably, one of Jerry’s best vocal renditions of the Dew along with the equally under-the-radar 7/15/88 and, of course, perennial fave 9/18/87. Don’t sleep on this version. Jerry is fully invested in every word and you can hear him digging in to each line with gusto as he sings the living hell out of this tune!

Criminally underrated! Arguably, one of Jerry’s best vocal renditions of the Dew along with the equally under-the-radar 3/30/88 and, of course, perennial fave 9/18/87. Don’t sleep on this version! Jerry is fully invested in every word and you can hear him digging in to each line with gusto and singing the hell out of it!!
