Drums -> Space

Cape Cod Coliseum

Following one of the most powerful versions of The Other One ever, this Drums is on par with the rest of the best show of 1979. The goods!

The Other One
May 2, 1970
Harpur College

The bittersweet part about Harpur is that it was only recorded in mono. If the quality was on par with 2/13, or 5/15... I can’t imagine how much more incredible it would be. The mono soundboard is the best we got, so be it. Just enjoy one of the late great primal dead moments!
China Cat Sunflower -> I Know You Rider
April 7, 1972
Wembley Empire Pool

Overshadowed by so many great Europe 72 versions. This China Cat SMOKES! Phil is ultra funky! Energetic all the way through Rider. Not the longest but like Playing jams from this tour, short but so sweet and packed full of jamming. No wasted space here. One of my absolute favorites! A tight, picture perfect China > Rider.
Help On The Way > Slipknot > Franklin's Tower
June 14, 1976
Beacon Theatre

Best Slipknot ever! This one is so different, yet so definitive. When they go back to the main theme...oh man, nothing like it. The 9/24/76 version is another standout, most unique one... Slipknot > Drums > Slipknot = around 15 minutes...also features the fastest Slipknot ever, during the last portion of it. Just sickly!!
They Love Each Other

Roscoe Maples Pavilion - Stanford University

Yep. First and best.
Feel Like A Stranger

RFK Stadium

Attendance bias included... LOL! This one was soooooo hot!!! As is the Brown Eyed Women that followed it!
