A rare and different tune. Real nice transition into epic Playin-UJB from Go to Nassau...

Stunned this ain't here yet. Next night is a famous one. But this 2nd set opener is strong and rugged. Nice moment at "born to be a bachelor..."

Wow! Can't believe this hasn't made the cut yet. Rips and roars out of poignant China Doll. Almost become a Smokestack... Super strong show!

DeadBase calls it a Dark Star Jam. There is not much of a hint of a Dark Star-ish melody, and the date is debatable. But everyone needs to hear this!!

This and the Blow Away from 8/27/72...! A lot of us wish we were there! Kesey ripped on kazoo on this one, too! Or maybe it was Keith Moon. Pretty sure..... (Though quite a few Bronx Heads were at this show.... Dagnabbit, musta been awesome!!!)

Scorching continuation of the first St. Stephen in years.... Insane is right!

Very long with a gorgeous outro-coda jam that goes on and on. One of the best ever, from a fantastic show.

Forgot how great this is, with a great jam into one of the best China Dolls ever, and eventually into that St. Stephen....

Excellent example of NFA's shift, from rip-roaring jam to the show-stopping closer it became in the 80s-90s.... Early chanters too....
