This NFA motors and the GDTRFB is a solid outing, save for some significant caterwauling from Donna Jean

Great god almighty now - this is a mad percussive version that leads into a beautiful open jam. Very unique

Jerry's vocal tones and acoustic touches churn itself its so damn buttery.

SO grateful to have this top tier show on crisp soundboard now with the new release. My god this version SLAYS. And to the first comment, I thought the same exact thing in the opening beat - is this technically disco?? Jerry's tone and phrasing on the initial solo is everything... The band swells around him to a massive peak. This version is a scorcher...

Hartford Civic Center

The cathartic peak to cap the spiritual roller coaster of this legendary second set. The peak in this is gorgeous. The boys bring the crowd back to earth with a sugar mags to ultimately close out this top tier set.
Spanish Jam
Oct. 14, 1983
Hartford Civic Center

Ethereal jam, the sound of what floating would feel like. Less aggressively "Spanish Jam" chord crunches like other versions, more hints of the song structure in deep exploration while jamming
Eyes Of The World

Hartford Civic Center

This needs more dap. Peppy, tight, fluid jamming throughout and the highlight outro solo is like peeking into a spiritual musical conversation between Brent and Jerry. So, so good.
