Only a few months old but an early passionate outro to this one.

Had to check myself a few times when I didn't see this one under the date. Listen and vote!

I am guessing the quality of the audio kept this off the list until now as with other songs I have noticed. Performance quality over audio quality every time. We are just spoiled enough that most of the time we get both.

The little lick Jerry repeats towards the end is nice. Funny how something so subtle can make a difference in one version to the next. But that's why I listen. And that's why this one gets my vote.

I feel like in 78 Jerry was focused more on the middle jam than the outro and in 77 the opposite. Most times the middle jams in 78, although extended, kind of goes all over and then the outros usually have very little of the mutron effect which is why I prefer 77. HOWEVER, in this one everything is balanced beautifully. One of the best of 78. Right up there with some of the early July shows. If anyone has more suggestions from 78 like this one let me know but I am almost done with all of 78 and this is the first to grab my attention in awhile.

Every song during this show is played as if they knew it was close to the end of their initial run. This one is no different. Love Jerry’s vocal delivery especially on “Don’t mur-der me”. He throws in some nice licks too. Top 5 for me.

Great version. Sound is nice and clean. The vocals are on point and then they just catch a wave and ride it to the end. Top 3 for me.
